
Reporting to the Service Manager, Equipment, this Field Service Technician role will be responsible for the mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment within a nominated region in support of a wider national network.
What Will You Do?
- Effectively managing field service priorities and schedules.
- Ensuring our service fleet vehicle’s safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing.
- Coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
- Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information.
- Providing product service training to clients as required.
- Build and maintain a customer base to promote the ongoing financial growth of the Service Centre.
- Participating in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards.
What Do You Need?
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines
- Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers
- A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License
