Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Air Conditioning Installer to join a growing team in Vermont.
If you’re a qualified HVAC tech or mechanical plumber with strong install experience, and you’re ready to step into a senior role with leadership opportunities — this is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, test and commission a wide range of air conditioning systems
- Service and maintain existing units to keep them running at their best
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure systems meet standards
- Work directly with clients, suppliers, and team members to deliver great outcomes
- Support and mentor junior installers and apprentices
- Maintain accurate records and update job progress
What We’re Looking For
- Trade qualified in HVAC or Mechanical Plumbing
- VBA Licence – Refrigerated Air Conditioning (RAC01 or intermediate)
- Minimum 3 years of on-the-tools install experience
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, from install to servicing
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communicator who can liaise with clients and team
- Able to work both independently and as part of a crew
- Full, current driver’s licence required
