
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join a fast grwoing team. This is a full-time, office-based role, focused on calling warm leads provided by the company — no cold calling involved. You’ll engage with potential customers over the phone, assess their HVAC needs, recommend suitable solutions, and close sales with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on qualified leads provided by the company
- Engage customers to understand their home or business heating/cooling needs
- Recommend appropriate HVAC solutions (ducted, split, VRF systems, etc.)
- Prepare and send proposals, and follow through to close the sale
- Attend qualified leads provided by the company and conduct in-home or site assessments for heating and cooling systems, if required
- Stay updated on product offerings, rebates, and energy-efficiency incentives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Previous experience in HVAC, solar, electrical, or home improvement sales (preferred)
- Confident phone manner and ability to build trust with clients quickly
- Good understanding of heating and cooling systems (ducted/split systems a plus)
- Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple, customer-friendly way
- Reliable, well-organised, and goal-driven
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (required for site visits, when necessary)
