
Great opportunity to join our award-winning team. The successful candidate must love coffee and must be an experienced Coffee Sales professional with established network in cafes sector of Greater Sydney.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Building and maintaining strong strategic collaborative partnerships with local café owners and operators in Greater Sydney.
- Develop an intimate understanding of café owner’s business structure, complexity, culture, customers, issues, risks, needs, systems, constraints and objectives.
- Influence and collaboratively network with Group marketing and coffee roasting teams to deliver customer-focused, multi-brand solutions to help our café partners grow their businesses.
Skills & Experience:
- Commercial understanding of supply of coffee products and coffee equipment solutions into cafes market – Highly desirable
- An understanding of medium to large sized coffee roasting business operations – Highly desirable
- Knowledge of B2B sales principles – Highly desirable
- Knowledge of the cafes landscape of key/influential owners, managers and baristas– Highly Desirable
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative strategic and commercial partnerships, relationships and networks – Desirable.
- Proven track record of multi-brand coffee sales into cafes segment experience – Highly desirable
- A strong understanding of the Sydney CBD cafe environment
