
An expanding dealership group now require an experienced Warranty Clerk.
Responsibilities inlcude;
• Completion of warranty
• Administrative support.
• Costing and reconciliation.
• Maintain records and report
• Ensure claims are processed accurately and promptly.
• Communicate and manage technical bulletins and Standard Repair Times Guides.
• Attention to detail.
You will need to display;
Superior communication skills, written and verbal
Relevant experience
Superior customer service skills
