
In this Administration Assistant role, you will take ownership of a range of day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. You will be a key part of keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including customer service, appointment scheduling, and stock counting / ordering
- Manage general office administration such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Assist with stock management, reporting, and preparation of internal documents
- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls, messages, and emails professionally and promptly
- Liaise with customers and internal team members to ensure smooth communication
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal), Cantonese is a bonus
- A professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and learn new tasks
