We’re seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow a Real Estate team. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing team capability, and ensuring consistent delivery of results across residential and/or commercial sales.
The Sales Manager plays a key role in strategy, coaching, and operational excellence within the sales division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
- Drive listing growth, conversion rates, and revenue performance
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting
- Support high-value negotiations and deal closures
- Ensure compliance with Victorian real estate legislation and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in real estate sales leadership or senior sales roles
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Victorian Real Estate Licence (mandatory)
