
We are seeking a highly proficient and capable Fleet Account/Business Manager to take strategic ownership of key group fleet accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing key fleet accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Co-ordinate end-to-end fleet sales processes, from quotation to delivery
- Build strong, consultative relationships with corporate clients
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, finance, and logistics teams
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the fleet market and automotive trends
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle fleet account management
- Proven ability to manage high-volume key accounts efficiently
- Deep understanding of the Australian automotive market
- Experience working with European marques and/or high-volume vehicle brands
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work autonomously
