Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new commercial sales and leasing listings
- Prospect, negotiate, and close commercial property transactions
- Conduct property inspections, presentations, and client meetings
- Manage the full sales and leasing lifecycle from appraisal to settlement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, buyers, and tenants
- Prepare market appraisals, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
About You
- 2–5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and self-managed
- Professional presentation with a client-focused approach
- Victorian Real Estate Licence or Certificate (essential)
