
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional individual to join a team in Caulfield. This is a medical reception role (specialist) providing essential front-desk and back office support in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet patients, manage check-ins, and handle phone enquiries professionally.
- Digital Workflow: Use computer-based medical software (Gentu) for all bookings and patient records.
- Administration: Manage appointments, process billings, and handle electronic correspondence, and manage autoclave instrument sterilisation
- Patient Care: Ensure a high standard of service and maintain strict patient confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable: Someone who is organised and punctual; willing to work in the afternoons.
- Flexible: Available to cover additional hours for staff leave when required.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of patients.
Example hours: Mon 8 :30- 12pm / Wed 2 pm – 6pm / Friday 1 – 5pm ; essential is the capacity to work two afternoons per week, including Friday
Requirement: Flexibility for sick leave and holiday coverage is essential.
