
An exciting opportunity for an experienced State Manager overseeing both sales and operations, wo will be responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for customers, building high‑performing teams, and driving sustainable growth across Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Lead, develop and continue to grow a strong and capable management team
- Ensure all customer and business KPIs are achieved, with consistent and accurate customer reporting
- Identify and convert new customer opportunities, supporting tender preparation, proposals, quotes and submissions
- Increase branch revenue and profitability through strong customer relationships, service excellence and proactive sales activity
This is a full‑time, on‑site role, with accountability for branch performance across both operational delivery and commercial growth.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a current Victorian Security Licence
- Demonstrate experience within the security industry
- Prove capability leading and managing teams effectively
- Have a strong understanding of electronic security systems and related technologies
- Have excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
