The successful candidate must be an experienced Sales professional with established network in hospitality sector including roasters.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Building and maintaining strong strategic collaborative partnerships with local café owners, operators and Roasters.
- Influence and collaboratively network to deliver customer-focused, solutions.
Skills & Experience:
- Commercial understanding of supply of coffee products and coffee equipment solutions into cafes market – Highly desirable
- An understanding of medium to large sized coffee roasting business operations – Highly desirable
- Knowledge of B2B sales principles – Highly desirable
- Knowledge of the cafes landscape of key/influential owners, managers and baristas– Highly Desirable
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative strategic and commercial partnerships, relationships and networks – Desirable.
- Proven track record of multi-brand coffee sales into cafes segment experience – Highly desirable
