
A leading law firm are seeking a motivated, detailed orientated Receptionist / Administration Support person.
As front of house, this is a unique opportunity to work in a stimulating and rewarding environment where teamwork and client care are at the heart of what we do.
As the first point of contact for clients, your responsibilities will include:
- Being the initial point of contact for new clients, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and courteously
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls & emails with professionalism and attention to detail
- Greeting and welcoming guests to the office
- Arranging appointments for lawyers and clients
- Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the wider team as required

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presents professionally and confidently
- Is organized, reliable, and enjoys helping others
- Can multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong life experiences and a mature approach to problem solving
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Confident in using Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite
- Has previous experience in reception or administration (legal experience is helpful but not essential)
Hours
- Full-time (8:45am – 5:15pm)
