
An expanding business are looking for a sharp, driven Sales Account Manager – Internal to run their semi-commercial sales desk – managing inbound enquiries, building pipeline through outbound calls, and growing customer accounts across Australia. The role
You’ll be managing enquiries from first contact through to order, delivery and ongoing account support.
Your day will include:
- Converting inbound enquiries into new business opportunities
- Generating outbound leads within target sectors
(student accommodation, mining camps, caravan parks, apartments) - Building and managing key accounts
- Preparing proposals and solution-based quotations
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver projects smoothly
- Maintaining CRM activity, pipeline and forecasts
You’re a great fit if you have:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or account management
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound sales activity
- Strong commercial awareness and consultative sales approach
- Confident communicator with strong relationship skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience selling equipment, facilities, services or technical solutions is highly regarded
