
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Human Resources officer. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career within a specialised financial services environment.
What You’ll Do
- You will work closely with managers and employees to deliver day-to-day HR support
- Your responsibilities will include coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and supporting onboarding for new starters.
- You will maintain accurate employee records, assist with HR reporting, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
- You will also act as a first point of contact for general HR queries, escalating to senior HR staff where needed.
What We’re Looking For
- You will have at least one to two years of experience in an HR or recruitment support role, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- You are comfortable working with HR systems and spreadsheets, and you communicate clearly both in writing and in person.
- An understanding of financial or professional services environments is a plus, though not essential.
- You are proactive, discreet, and confident managing competing priorities.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) are advantageous but not required.
