This is a genuine hands-on Real Estate Sales Manager role where you will continue listing and selling property while taking responsibility for developing the sales team and increasing market share throughout.
Working closely with the Directors, you will play a significant role in shaping the future success of the branch through business development, coaching, leadership and your own outstanding sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- List and sell residential properties throughout the local area.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship building.
- Mentor, coach and support members of the sales team.
- Drive a high-performance sales culture focused on exceptional customer outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships with vendors, purchasers and referral partners.
- Work closely with the Directors to implement growth strategies.
- Maintain outstanding levels of customer service throughout every stage of the sales process.
