Trade qualification in diesel mechanics or heavy vehicle mechanics. Strong experience with diesel engines and/or 3-phase electric compressors

Demonstrated experience working with Air Compressors, diesel generators or similar equipment. Having worked independently in a Field service role previously

Previous experience in coordination, scheduling, hire desk, or service administration roles.

Cylinder sharpening and Cutting unit setup. Coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks involved in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.

Motor Vehicle Licence, National Crime Check, Working with Children Check, are all mandatory. Demonstrated appliance fault finding skills beneficial, or other technical experience / knowledge

Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers’ expectations and business timelines.

Bilingual in English and any Southeast Asian language such as Mandarin, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa, or similar. Previous experience in customer success or a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry is highly regarded.

Electrical trade qualifications highly desirable. Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
