3-5 years BDM experience involving a strategic element to the product or service being sold. Cold calling experience. Familiar with Real Estate leasing terms and conditions

Manage client relationships by providing responsive customer service and support. Enter and maintain sales and customer information in the company job system.

Strong AV installation experience (strong preference). Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator or Enterprise Administrator Expert (highly desirable).

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, infrastructure, and government sectors. Establish and maintain strong relationships with Tier One Builders, government agencies, and major contractors
