Proven experience in Finance & Insurance, preferably within the automotive sector.

Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent experience in a similar role.

Proficient in the use of 2D and 3D CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Solidworks

Trade qualified in HVAC or Mechanical Plumbing. VBA Licence – Refrigerated Air Conditioning (RAC01 or intermediate). Minimum 3 years of on-the-tools install experience

Previous experience operating a busy switchboard. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel.
Punctual, polite and professional presentation

Year 12 VCE or equivalent. Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite/Salesforce preferred)

Accountant Proficient in accounting software – Xero, HandiSoft and BGL  CA/CPA qualified or currently completing

Income Tax, Fringe Benefits Tax, Payroll Tax, Land Tax etc. and related working papers

Knowledge of ERA (Pentana) will be desirable

Must hold Agent’s Rep Certificate or equivalent. Minimum 12 months experience in property management.

Reception and Customer Service Organising dispatch and pickups

Support Commercial Account and National Sales Managers. Provide excellent customer service to clients via e-mail and telephone in a timely manner.

Assist the finance team with customers and admin. Data entry. Coordinate daily financial tasks 

Experience in similar role is essential

Coordinate and identifying commercial properties for healthcare clients. Prior experience in commercial leasing

service, testing, maintenance and repair of a wide range of products including lighting fixtures, lighting control consoles

Ideally, you have a background in retail, consumer goods, or clearance sales

Conduct meetings with agents to review status of business providing sales development, target updates.  Ensure products are fully merchandised on a timely basis.

Schedule installations and service appointments for customers and installers.

Repair: Avolites lighting consoles, dimmer racks, power and data distribution equipment. Repair/replace a surface-mount component onto PCBs

2-3 years industry experience (preferred although not essential). 2-3 years in a customer service-related role (Mandatory).

No experience necessary. Communicates clearly and courteously. Has solid English literacy skills
