Trade qualified in HVAC or Mechanical Plumbing. VBA Licence – Refrigerated Air Conditioning (RAC01 or intermediate). Minimum 3 years of on-the-tools install experience

Previous experience operating a busy switchboard. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel.
Punctual, polite and professional presentation

Year 12 VCE or equivalent. Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite/Salesforce preferred)

no cold calling involved. Previous experience in HVAC, solar, electrical, or home improvement sales (preferred)

Accountant Proficient in accounting software – Xero, HandiSoft and BGL  CA/CPA qualified or currently completing

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Income Tax, Fringe Benefits Tax, Payroll Tax, Land Tax etc. and related working papers

Knowledge of ERA (Pentana) will be desirable

Experience in Office building refurbishment and fit out preferred; but not essential. Construction Induction/white card is required.

Must hold Agent’s Rep Certificate or equivalent. Minimum 12 months experience in property management.

Reception and Customer Service Organising dispatch and pickups

Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Robotics or Mechatronics Engineering. Experience in Automation and or Industrial manufacturing with a strong focus on troubleshooting. High proficiency in CAD

Previous experience in an administration assistant or office support role, within an accounting or professional service environment (3 + years)
