
As our Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be our first point of contact for all customer inquiries.
Having Registration experience is an advantage, but it’s more important to have a great attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and be able to work independently.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and a strong sales team, You will be responsible for:
- The effective management, planning and organising the coordination of vehicle deliveries for our Guests
- Liaising with the Business Managers and Operations team to help facilitate preparation and accurate delivery of vehicles
- Scheduling appointments for Guests to collect their vehicles
- Coordinating with Stock Control to ensure accurate and timely preparation and turnaround of vehicles to be delivered
- Accurately preparing and finalising delivery paperwork.

- Strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers, whilst being courteous and reliable
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong ability to negotiate and work within a large dynamic team
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Intermediate PC skills with experience / knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite – Excel
- Strong Customer Service background and passionate about providing excellent guest experience
