About the Role:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising finance and insurance opportunities across multiple brands.
You will work closely with the sales teams to structure deals, present finance solutions, and guide customers through the purchase process from approval to settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present finance and insurance options to customers
- Structure and submit finance applications
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Consultants across multiple brands
- Build strong relationships with lenders and insurance partners
- Maintain compliance with responsible lending obligations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and seamless handover experience
- Achieve and exceed finance penetration and product targets
- Ensure accurate deal processing and documentation
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous Automotive Finance & Insurance experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work across multiple brands and manage competing priorities
- A customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- High level of professionalism and presentation
- Current driver’s licence
