Due to a growing project pipeline, seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Draftsperson to join a busy production team. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between engineering concepts and workshop reality, ensuring every custom truck body meets rigorous quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design & Modelling: Create high-quality 3D models and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
- Technical Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to relevant Australian Standards (e.g., AS1100).
- Production Support: Provide real-time drawing support to the manufacturing floor to streamline the build process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering and workshop teams to refine vehicle specifications and locker body designs.
