
We’re looking for an experienced AV Installation Technician / Collaboration Specialist to help customers deploy the latest Unified Communications & Collaboration (UC&C) technologies.
In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you’ll be responsible for the physical and virtual installation, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Google, and other UC&C solutions.
You’ll help clients achieve seamless collaboration experiences while also providing pre-sales guidance and solution expertise.
Although your primary focus will be ANZ, you’ll have opportunities to support exciting global projects across APAC and beyond.
What You’ll Do
Deploy & Install
- Deliver high-quality installations of Microsoft Teams Rooms and other UC&C platforms, independently or as the technical lead.
Engage With Customers
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through best-practice adoption and delivering compelling training sessions.
Provide Technical Expertise
- Configure, deploy, and manage Office 365 workloads for Microsoft Teams with a strong focus on security, scalability, and reliability.
Champion Collaboration Technology
- Build strong partner relationships and stay current with emerging collaboration trends and industry innovations.
Deliver Training (Onsite & Remote)
- Present confidently in customer environments and via virtual sessions such as webinars.
Keep Evolving
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Modern Workplace tools, and AV technologies to continually enhance your technical capability.
Plus other duties as required.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience installing and deploying Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows and desktop environments.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Admin, and PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with Intune, Autopilot, and Zoom Rooms (highly advantageous).
- Strong AV installation experience (strong preference).
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator or Enterprise Administrator Expert (highly desirable).
