
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Customer Support Specialist to be a key voice for customers and help elevate a support team.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
- Resolve escalated and high-impact client issues across email, phone, tickets & chat
- Support customers with complex queries and keep service levels high
- Mentor and coach junior team members to level up confidence and performance
- Partner with Product, Engineering and other teams to improve processes
💡 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in customer support or customer experience
- Strong communicator with empathy and calm under pressure
- Experience coaching or mentoring others
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus – experience with SaaS, Intercom, Zendesk or similar tools
