
As a Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face and proactive voice of the agency—connecting with clients both in person and over the phone. This position blends front-desk administration with outbound client engagement, ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building and wants to grow into a client-facing sales or property management role in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional front-of-house experience to clients, tenants, and landlords.
- Handle inbound phone calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, tenants, and landlords to assist with property inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service follow-ups.
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management and Sales teams.
- Maintain a well-presented reception area and uphold the agency’s professional image.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client communication and service processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles is advantageous.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging in professional client conversations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new CRM platforms.
- Reliable, well-presented, and a strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
