
A fast growing company is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join them and take care of a premium portfolio of holiday apartments and homes.
This isn’t a desk-bound, same-same role. It’s hands-on, people-focused, and perfect for someone who loves variety, relationships, and being part of a locally proud team backed by a national brand.
The Role
You’ll manage your own holiday portfolio, working closely with owners, guests, cleaners, and contractors to keep properties performing and holidays running smoothly.
From owner check-ins to guest smiles, you’ll be right in the middle of what makes great holidays happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Looking after a portfolio of holiday properties
- Building great relationships with owners
- Keeping properties looking their best through inspections and coordination
- Managing maintenance, cleaners, and local contractors
- Making sure guests have a seamless, five-star stay
- Helping optimise pricing and performance
- Working alongside a supportive, down-to-earth team.
About You
- Experience in holiday letting or real estate property management
- Confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable using systems like RMS, HomHero, Guesty, or similar
- Driver’s licence and Australian working rights
- Local Lismore knowledge is a big plus (or a strong desire to learn fast)
