We are looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator to take ownership of the customer journey—from the first conversation through to consultation, follow-up and ongoing support.
This is more than a traditional appointment-setting or customer service role. As sales and customer service functions evolve, you will become a key point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their experience and coordinating with the appropriate internal teams when required.
What you will be doing
You will manage a combination of inbound sales, appointment coordination, customer follow-up and ongoing communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to new enquiries by phone, SMS and email.
- Speaking with potential customers to understand their needs, answer initial questions and determine the most appropriate next step.
- Qualifying and booking appointments to give consultants the best opportunity for success.
- Gathering relevant information, photographs or measurements before consultations where required.
- Managing consultants’ calendars and maintaining full, efficient appointment schedules.
- Confirming appointments, managing changes and rescheduling customers when necessary.
- Following up enquiries, previous leads and customers who are not yet ready to proceed.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, increase appointment attendance and strengthen sales results.
What we are looking for
You may be a great fit for this role if you have:
- At least one to two years’ experience in phone-based sales, customer service, appointment setting or account coordination.
- A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.
- The ability to adapt your communication style to different customers and situations.
- A strong customer service mindset combined with the confidence to ask for the appointment or next step.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple customers, appointments and priorities.
- A proactive approach—you follow matters through rather than waiting to be reminded.
- Confidence handling customer concerns calmly and working towards a practical solution.
- Experience using a CRM system.
- Accurate data-entry skills and strong attention to detail.
- A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to participate in a rotating Saturday roster.
Benefits
- A negotiable salary with uncapped commission.
- The opportunity to help shape a new, more connected sales and customer experience model.
- A varied role where you can build relationships rather than simply process calls.
- A close-knit and energetic team that supports and celebrates success.
- Genuine opportunities for career progression as the company expands.
- Comprehensive training across our products, systems and customer journey.
- The opportunity to join a growing Australian-owned business during an important stage of its development.
