We are looking for an experienced Service Technician / Installer to jopin an expanding team. Compoany specialise in commercial garage doors and shutters.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Maintenance of roller doors to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults.
- Installation of motors for roller doors.
- Preventative maintenance servicing.
- Taking ownership of installations and service outcomes from start to finish.
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client enquiries professionally.
About You:
- Minimum 2+ years relevant trade experience (e.g. Field Service Technician, Electrician, Welder, Fitter or related trade)
- Strong knowledge of garage doors, openers and associated hardware.
- Solid understanding of construction principles and manufacturing processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Self motivated with strong time management skills.
- Able to work independently and part of a team.
- Current Valid Full Drivers Licence (essential)
- White Card required.
