
This Supply Chain Officer role will suit a well-organised and articulate individual who has solid experience in logistics management in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with the following qualities:

- Essential Excellent Microsoft Excel Skill
- Flexible and innovative logistics solutions
- Knowledge and dealing with freight Companies
- Monitor freight and storage costs
- A flexible and adaptable attitude with a “can do/will make it happen” approach
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Coordinating distribution via the most efficient and timely transport for:
· Sales deliveries from all warehouses to meet sales orders/invoicing demand
· Coordinate interstate and intrastate stock transfers
2. Maintain efficient communications with all warehouse and transport providers:
· Liaise with clientele and warehouse to scheduled deliveries
· Prepare and process clear and comprehensive instructions
· Coordinate the arrangements for establishing and maintaining approved warehouse and transport services
· Fostering and maintaining good relationships with service providers, suppliers and clients.
3. Managing and monitoring stock levels and maintaining inventory system.
4. Production and Import Order Planning
The ideal candidate will have successfully completed studies in Logistics or Logistical related discipline. A strong understanding of national freight and courier activities will be highly regarded. Previous experience in a fast pace warehousing & transport operations is considered essential.
This is a full time position. Salary package based on on skills and experience.
