2016 saw tremendous growth for Superior People. Not only an increase in turnover and profits, but many new clients coming on board also.
Quick snapshot of results:
Turnover – increase by 42% (not sure how many other companies achieved that in 2016)
Website – Page views increased by 64%, new visitors increased by 62%
New clients – 28% of increase in turnover came from new business
The normal lull we see at certain times, such as Christmas, just did not happen in 2016, and we have seen January going the same way, so all looking very promising for 2017.

Two of the main reasons I believe for the increase, are the revamped website we launched in mid 2015 with enhanced SEO, and also the fact our fees are on our website. Very few if any, other agencies show their fees on their websites. I believe in transparency.
We are still not perfect, but as the goal is the build the best, not biggest agency, we are moving in the right direction.
Finding quality candidates is becoming more and more difficult and placing an ad on Seek, will no longer bring you the desired results, and more and more of the placements we are making are from our database, and from headhunting we are having to do. Those connected to me on Linkedin, will no doubt have seen how active I am there.
